He weighs less than a gallon of milk

His fur conceals his weight too well, he’s actually a pretty boney dog. King has always been a difficult dog to put/keep weight on. A few weeks ago I started mixing in a teeny tiny bit of good quality puppy food with his meals. I’m now able to feel a very very thin bit of squish covering his hips and shoulders. I had been able to feel his spine between shoulder blades and his hips. He had gone on a hunger strike for a bit which resulted in some weight loss
