无论其后缀名（我只试了jpg和png格式），在background文件中存在名字是“%27”的图片的时候（%28，%100什么的也会触发），只要在图形编辑器的切换背景中点开选择背景文件的瞬间Windows PowerShell都会立刻闪退，然后无法继续，只能重新打开。
