Describe your change:

This adds a double ended queue (deque) to the data structures under queues. A deque is effectively a doubly-linked list/queue/stack combination that only allows adding, removing, and peeking from the beginning and end. Because of the name, I chose to put this in the queue section (I don't believe it is large/important enough to warrant its own section)

  • Add an algorithm?
  • Add a data structure?
  • Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?
  • Documentation change?
