Describe the bug

Previously the https://docs.victoriametrics.com pages were opened at the given #anchor instantly, even on long pages such as https://docs.victoriametrics.com/victorialogs/logsql/ . Now the page scrolls to the selected anchor for up to a second. This feels slow and annoying. It would be great returning back the previous behavior, since this slow scroll has no any practical sense (except of irritation the visitor :) ).

To Reproduce

  1. Open https://docs.victoriametrics.com/victorialogs/logsql/#sum-stats in Chrome or Firefox.
  2. Note that the page doesn't open instantly. Instead, it scrolls slowly to the selected anchor - #sum-stats in this case. This takes up to a second.
