The D0 port was incorrectly mapped to GOIO7 instead of GPIO6.

Just FYI: I believe this was blocking the SPI display connection on the SparkFun MicroMod Input and Display Carrier Board, which uses D0 for CS

@zapwizard ah, got it. I've only tried it with the ATP carrier, so this would haven't been an issue until I tried D0 for something.
