Follow-up items to #18428 (per #18428 (review) and offline discussion):

  • Reconfigure the cli to use named chunks so that it's easier to understand the lazy loaded filenames.
  • Start tracking the size of all chunks.
  • Configure Firebase to HTTP2-push all JS bundles. (Requires updating firebase.json per build, to use the corresponding script names.)
  • Investigate whether it makes sense to HTTP2-push the lazy chunk.
