  • TypeScript 2.0以上版本中引入的泛型的更严格的类型检查造成的。这暴露了RxJS类型定义中的不一致性，项目依赖的rxjs的版本是5.1.0版本没有解决这个问题，导致启动失败，RxJS 5.4.2的版本修复此问题即可解决此问题

我的机器可以编译通过，能正常跑，似乎没有出现这样的报错。

不过这个项目也准备用 CLI 1.5.0 重新生成一遍，应该会解决版本的问题
