What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Right click on a word that documentation is available for (but that isn't selected).
  2. Notice that the "Find-in-reference" item is disabled.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instead, find-in-reference should try to look up the reference for the word containing the text cursor. (It's somewhat confusing that this applies to the location of the text cursor and not the spot you clicked on, but this is consistent with the behavior of the other items in that menu, like increasing the indent.)
