Apparently, vt is installed. However, when I run any vt command, like vt --version or vt decomposeI get the following error:
dyld: Library not loaded: @rpath/libcurl.4.dylib
Referenced from: /Users/julia/miniconda3/envs/bioinformatics-env/bin/vt
Reason: Incompatible library version: vt requires version 13.0.0 or later, but libcurl.4.dylib provides version 11.0.0
Abort trap: 6
I got this error before with other packages, but I could solved it either by updating all the conda packages (conda update --all) or by installing the package indicating the concrete version.
Any idea of how to solve this?
Thank you
