The release v0.29.1 (compare: bootstrapvuenext-v0.29.0...bootstrapvuenext-v0.29.1) has introduced a number of breaking changes and regressions due to PR #2425. Multiple bugs have been reported in the following issues:

• BTabs: can't set initial value #2705
• useToastOrchestrator show/hide issues #2687
• BDropdown causes unhandled exception if it overflows the browser area. #2668
• BDropdown alignment is not working #2709

The recent PR #2425 has introduced a number of breaking changes that have caused multiple components in my application to fail. I do not see any clear value in these modifications as they stand.

Additional Note

The BAlert component has also introduced numerous breaking changes.

Impact

• Several existing components no longer render correctly.
• Custom styles and behaviors are broken across different modules.
• Overall regression in application stability.

Recommendation

I strongly recommend reverting the changes from PR #2425 to restore compatibility. If new features or fixes are truly necessary, please split them into smaller, focused PRs for easier review and better maintainability.
