Manual collapse/expand for contextual zooming #307

Hebi: sometimes, we don't want to zoom out informations. The hidden information makes it hard to remind people what's inside. People want to see the plots and the yellow-highlighted notes (it [should] stands out even after zooming out).

Bao: we can then use the plots and highlights as the "summary". We can also allow users to set zoom out behavior of a pod/scope.
I also got a comment from an attendee of JupyterCon that we should give users full control on whether a pod/scope should collapse or expand, just like in a file browser or a Notion doc.

Hebi: That’s a good idea, allow users to set per-pod zooming behavior.

Bao: in the complete manual case, a pod/scope will expand when double clicked, for example. To collapse, click a minimization icon, for example. but that will require better auto-layout to shrink in (when collapse) and shovel out (expand)
