Comparing the two spawners:
spawner-dockerservice launches new docker containers for each spawnRuntime request.spawner-nativeservice launches the native OS process inside the spawner-native container. No docker containers will be spawned.The native spawner is now the default spawner. The docker spawner may be removed in the future.
