bug: daily_cost causes all coder_metadata not to show #10411

Version: v2.3.2+1372bf8
coder_metadata item repo not showing and a drop-down to show it is not there.
coder_metadata with 3 items and daily_cost
What the workspace dashboard UI and coder_metadata should look like - with all 3 items, if I comment out daily_cost
