If you have a workspace that has an update and you click on the dropdown for restart, the tooltip for the restart appears in a higher z-index than the Restart dropdown, so you can't view what the dropdown says. As long as the mouse stays in the window, the tooltip remains. You can move the mouse outside the window, and the tooltip will disappear and then you can thread the "Build Options".
