What is your suggestion?

autostart: change user-facing schedule format to Mon-Fri 9:00 AM CST

Why do you want this feature?

It's easier to understand and type.

Are there any workarounds to get this functionality today?

@johnstcn can we have this one blocked on the UI tickets this sprint? I think it will be easier to refactor after those pieces are in place, in 1 PR like we did for ttl together
