The "Provisioner Jobs" page is only visible in multi-org deployments. You can see provisioners in the health check page in single-org deployments, but there is no jobs view.

We should consider moving provisioners to the deployment settings for single org and adding the jobs view in the same location.

Otherwise we could simply add the jobs view into the deployment settings sidebar.
