This issue tracks an incremental overhaul of our documentation IA to make content easier to navigate, more discoverable, and aligned to user roles.

Goals

• Organize docs around roles: infra admin, platform admin, access admin, developer
• Improve sidebar clarity and content placement
• Make docs easier to find, read, and maintain
• Add light metadata (title, description, feature stage, reviewed)

Notes

• Docs can appear in more than one section
• Redirects are expected but should be kept clean
• Improvements to sidebar logic are in scope
• PRs should stay as small as possible
• Group work by section, then by role
