In [dark theme] it's hard to tell where you have input fields because we just have mono background and the underline... a lighter colored box would give good contrast. idk if we can do that in a way that's aesthetically pleasing as just a white square [wouldn't be great]

The user wants to see more than just the high-contrast underline, but a full input box.
