CLI displays workspace status as Running when Start was canceled and it is not started

coder version:
Coder v0.7.6+a494489 Mon Jun 27 20:31:18 UTC 2022

Steps tp reproduce:

  1. Create a workspace
  2. Stop workspace
  3. Start workspace and click Cancel
  4. in cli run coder list

Actual:
Status on UI: Canceled
Status in CLI: Running
Actual status - not running (stopped)
