UI: templates LAST UPDATED value does not show values properly
When I update a template, last updated values remains the same.

coder version: Coder v0.7.6+a494489

Create template
Wait for a couple of hours
Update template via cli
Open template on UI: Last Updated displays "some hours" ago, not now
