Create tests for audit logging that are decoupled from HTTP API testing #476
Description
On the V1 backend, we currently have a moderate amount of testing for this, but it is intertwined in the HTTP API tests.
After executing requests, we have checks to ensure that the correct audit log exists. We don’t fully validate that the diff is correct though. audit.Diff is fully covered.
