Looks like adjusting the auto stop on a workspace no longer works in 0.12.6 or the behaviour has changed.

• Start a workspace where template defaults to 24 hours auto stop.
• User turns off auto stop.
• User refreshes UI.
• User notices that it is still set to stop after 24 hours.

We want users to get the default 24 hours but they should be able to disable or adjust if they need to.
