We need to ensure we have sufficient metrics available in both coderd and in the agent to measure

• Amount of load generated
• Effects of load generated

This will likely require a number of iterations to get right, but I estimate so far that we will need, at minimum:

• Metrics related to database queries (count, timing)
• Metrics related to DERP connections
• Metrics related to bytes sent/rcvd on the load test client side
