Analyzing load test results requires some method of visualization of the results. Grafana is probably the best choice for this (open-source, industry standard).

Create a Grafana dashboard for monitoring relevant metrics from load tests, and ensure it is version-controlled as code.

For now, we can host this the existing self-hosted Grafana instance at stats.dev.c8s.io.
