In the Coder Agent & Client tailnet logs, we can see when we program a peer into the tailnet, but we don't log all changes to the data path chosen by tailnet (that is, when the magicsock switches from among DERP and various discovered UDP endpoints).

This information is very useful in debugging networking issues because it can be used to determine where we need to examine when there are problems.
