The OIDC page in the Deployment dashboard is misleading.

My deployment does not have OIDC enabled, and it says Disabled in this standalone pill at the top, but the entire ODIC section shows values, and one says enabled. That whole section should be cleared out if OIDC is not enabled.

I think it's odd that GitHub has its own section at the bottom if that is enabled.
