To dogfood the new app grouping, we should have a group of apps. Putting code-server and vscode-web together feels like an obvious grouping candidate.

LGTM but we first need to release the module versions by tagging them as per the following instructions:

is there some automated way to do that or do I have to manually create like 20 tags?
