Right the plugin takes an inconsistent approach, it displays a combination of workspace name + workspace agents for running instances. For workspaces that are stopped, the agents are not listed, and there are warnings left in the logs indicating that agents could not be retrieved.

Instead the agents should be retrieved from the template, a much more reliant source that is available for querying even when a workspace is down.
