I can't reset my password

To Reproduce
I click on forgot my password? and I write my email but when I go to the email inbox or spam I see that I have not received the email

Expected behavior
I expect an email for resetting my password in my account Ann68@

I have used Firefox,google chrome and Microsoft edge and I don't see the email inbox
