Build Gradle Plugin

This plugin applies a typical configuration for Coditory JVM projects:

• Adds manifest generation
• Adds integration tests
• Sets up some reasonable defaults for java projects

Enabling the plugin

Add to your build.gradle:

Adds maven central as the default repository:
