Summary

SG6 encourages a joint paper from Andreas and Tiago to provide a complete set
of functions in this space. SG6 believes WG21 should invest the necessary time
on this topic. Since P3018 (Low-Level Integer Arithmetic) was already forwarded
from SG6, we expect that the next review can be fairly quick and the joint
paper should already be scheduled in other subgroups.
