Concerning the headers, please insert the number of the document in the
centre, i.e. “ISO/IEC 23619:2021(E)”, instead of the N document number.

Ok, so the N4856 should be replaced by ISO/IEC 23619:2021(E), and centered. Sounds easy enough :). I'll take this one.
