When running the wxpython.py example I can see during initial loading a window background glitch, for a second it shows background from the terminal.

Setting ApplicationSettings.background_color doesn't help (unless you set some invalid value and then the background gets pink or green).

Issue does not reproduce in hello_world.py and tutorial.py examples.
