Issue Description
Installed the latest VS Code with C# and C# Dev Kit and now getting that it cannot find the .NET Core SDK.
Steps to Reproduce
Open VSCode
Expected Behavior
It finds the .NET SDK.
Actual Behavior
It is unable to find the .NET SDK.
Here is the error.
The .NET Core SDK cannot be located: Error running dotnet --info: Error: Command failed: dotnet --info /bin/sh: dotnet: command not found /bin/sh: dotnet: command not found . .NET Core debugging will not be enabled. Make sure the .NET Core SDK is installed and is on the path.
