After installing dotnet script dotnet -h doesn't show script as available command:
dotnet -h

This is not anything under our control - it is how Microsoft chose to implement dotnet CLI.
dotnet command only shows the built in dotnet CLI commands - while dotnet-script is an external tool.
You can list the available tools using dotnet tool list -g. You can always reach dotnet script directly via dotnet script -h
