Steps:

1. Download the file
2. Create a new file called openai.env in the root folder of the repository (~/python-tutorial if you're using Renku)
3. Open a notebook, find a cell with %reload_ext tutorial.tests.testsuite and hit Shift+Enter to evaluate and reload the extension
