In short, it's a client tool aims at reporting useful information to your sentry server(whether it's self-hosted or sentry SaaS), there is also something for other languages such like Raven.py, raven-js docs goes here.

It's updated so rarely, that we don't have any automation in place for it. So yeah, manually.

I'll try to take it on me, hopefully expect a PR soon in the gh-pages branch
