Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

I'm interested in using applications that use the GitHub MCP server, but I don't know where to find them. Or, if I build one, I'd love to be able to share it with the community here for feedback.

Proposed solution

Add a markdown file with a list of projects that use the MCP Server, with descriptions and links to the projects, similar to https://github.com/punkpeye/awesome-mcp-clients

This could in general increase the sense of developer community here.
