I’m a developer who loves enterprise software. I currently focus on my role as cofounder and CTO at Tesseral, where we build open source auth for B2B software companies with the support of investors like Y Combinator; YC cofounders Jessica Livingston and Paul Graham; Calvin French-Owen, co-founder and former chief technology officer of Segment; Steve Bartel and Nick Bushak, co-founders of Gem; and Mike Wiacek, founder of Stairwell; among others.
Before launching Tesseral, my cofounder and I built SSOReady, an open source SAML auth tool used by early adopters like Gumloop, GovAI, and RunReveal. I previously built Segment’s permissions and identity resolution system and was the editor of IETF RFC 8927.

Additional Information
Tesseral is open source auth built specifically for B2B SaaS. We give developers everything they need to create a login page, manage users, and support enterprise customers at scale. I would love to nerd out on the project: why we feel it’s so necessary to build easy-to-use, secure auth for B2B apps, the technical architecture and design decisions we’ve made (it’s a complex and interesting piece of software), and why we decided to build open source.
