Those endpoints currently have
isGithubCloudOnly: undefined, but are available everywhere https://docs.github.com/en/rest/actions/oidc?apiVersion=2022-11-28#set-the-customization-template-for-an-oidc-subject-claim-for-an-organizationAdd another workaround to explicitly set them to
false.This is required as they are otherwise filtered here https://github.com/octokit/plugin-rest-endpoint-methods.js/blob/main/scripts/update-endpoints/fetch-json.mjs#L16
