There are some broken links in the documentation.
The graphene-filter documentation can not be found at https://django-filter.readthedocs.io/en/master/ but at https://django-filter.readthedocs.io/en/latest/.

I've forked the repo and fixed the links. I'll do a PR in a few minutes.
