Conditions and Conditional-Cards should behave the same way

Currently there's lots of differences, like Conditional-cards not allowing or, nested conditions or simply the naming of properties (i.e. entity_id vs. entity)

this is dangerous (people mixing stuff up and getting frustrated) and stupid
