Running into a bit of an odd issue here—on macOS Chrome, I'm unable to use the up/down arrow keys to scroll through the Table of Contents on the most recent release notes. Doesn't seem to happen in last month's.

I've taken a screen recording:

Seems to be specific to Chrome.

Still happens with 2025.04's notes in Chrome and (occasionally) in Firefox (Zen)
