Feedback

Please clarify "the Google Account used is not able to access the Home." To what does "Home" refer?

  1. The Google Nest thermostat? My Nest account has been migrated to the Google account I'm using, so this shouldn't be the problem.
  2. The Home network? I have no external access permitted to my HA instance. Is "access" referring to network access?
  3. The Home Assistant instance? What does "access" mean in this case?

I believe that none of the troubleshooting issues apply to me, yet I cannot get past "No access to partner. Information could not be retrieved."

The Google Home and ;est apps have a definition of a "home" that this is referring to.
