Hi!

I'm encountering the problems listed in the "troubleshooting" section of this page. However, despite being handy with many things, and generally fluent regarding software, I understand nothing at all about what is written there. Most people coming to that page will want to know "what to do" and I suspect I'm not the only one who will be incapable of "doing" anything after reading the page, sadly.
