I installed a ZBT-1 on a brand-new HA-Green and received the following error message.
OTBR and ZHA share the same radio but use different channels
Warning ⸱ Reported by Open Thread Border Router
When OTBR and ZHA share the radio, they must use the same network channel.
If OTBR and ZHA attempt to connect to networks on different channels, neither Thread/Matter nor Zigbee will work.
OTBR is configured with a Thread network on channel 15, ZHA is configured with a Zigbee network on channel 25.
The learn more link is broken and no additional information was available. The ‘Repair’ function was also missing any guidance. My initial plans were to use several Zigbee devices, so I did not need Thread or Matter initially. In the short run, I have disabled Thread and Matter, but I want to resolve this error.
My plan was to manually change the Zigbee channel back to 15 so all functions would be on the same channel. My problem is that there is little documentation on how to physically change the Zigbee channel to 15 and what I need to restore my Zigbee devices and automations once I have changed the channel to 15.
