Feedback

Bought this lock purely because this integration existed. Went through the hours of hassle setting up and installing bluetooth proxy. Only to find out that there is no way to get offline keys for the lock to function.

  • August method doesn't work outside the US so couldn't even try it.
  • IOS plist file don't contain keys.

If the integration isn't possible anymore then the page should reflect that it is legacy use or be update so people can use it.

Need a method to retrieve keys that works for Yale customers. Not American August customers.
