Updated docs to PR home-assistant/core#3784
According to tompreston/python-lirc#12 the packaging issues were fixed in python-lirc 1.2.3.
I could confirm this. Therefore the manual installation instructions are no longer needed, home-assistant will take care of the dependencies.
