This plugin was inspired by @Jason-Morcos/homebridge-magic-occupancy but it was missing a lot of features I needed and the codebase required a total rewrite to support some of the features I was thinking about. In addition it was not using dynamic platform. So I ended up by reimagining it and building it from the ground up with a different approach and code architecture and using the dynamic platform enabling many new features and greater extensibility, flexibility and customizability such as delay progress notification switch, cancel delay notification switch, disable occupancy switch, master switch, progressive delay time,...
