Both of them implement the same API, so (correct me if I'm wrong) I don't think it matters which is used during building. What's important is that Jpegli is used at runtime. You can use |

Is it possible to do the bazel build of libvips with jpegli as the jpeg encoder/decoder instead of libjpeg-turbo? I have tried a lot but libvips only picks libjpeg-turbo. Please help here.
